These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms of sale for the services and products offered on the website dedicated to the Coupes Auto Légende, organized by Éditions LVA. Any registration or order placed on this website or via the paper form implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
1. OBJECT
These Terms and Conditions govern:
- 1. Online registration for the Auto Legend Cup demonstrations for drivers.
- 2. The sale of ancillary products, including but not limited to:
– Entrance tickets for visitors
– Visitor packages (combined packages, additional options, parades etc.).

3. CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION FOR DEMONSTRATIONS
3.1 Target audience:
Registration for demonstrations is reserved for drivers aged at least 18 years and owning a vehicle conforming to the categories accepted by the organization.
3.2 Registration file:
The registration must include:
- The online form duly completed.
- The registration fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the pilot.
- The subscription for the Free Circuit Driving Participation Pass must be obtained from the FFSA.
During the Coupes Auto Légende, I declare that I am the owner of the registered car or have the owner's agreement for the use of the car during my driving sessions.
3.3 Registration Validation:
Registration will only be validated after receipt of the complete application, payment, and validation by the organizer. In this case, a confirmation email will be sent to the driver.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR TICKETS AND VISITOR PACKAGES
4.1 Entry Tickets:
Tickets are valid for the specified dates and times. All exits are final unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Visitor Packages:
Packages may include entry tickets, VIP access, promotional items, or other benefits specified at the time of ordering. The specific conditions for each package are described in the corresponding product description.
4.3 Prices:
Prices shown are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Any handling or shipping fees are indicated before order confirmation.
4.4 Payment methods:
Payment is made exclusively via the secure payment methods offered on the site.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
5.1 Pilot registrations:
Registration fees for demonstrations are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer or in the event of the participant being unable to attend due to health reasons upon presentation of a medical certificate.
5.2 Visitor Products:
Entry tickets and visitor packages are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except as required by law. In the event of event cancellation, refunds will be issued within 30 days of notification of cancellation.
6. ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY
6.1 Organization of demonstrations:
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel demonstrations for reasons beyond its control (weather, security, force majeure, etc.).
6.2 Visitor products:
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to products after they have been handed over or delivered.
7. PERSONAL DATA
The data collected during registration and ordering is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 8. DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the organizer.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By validating a registration or an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
